Welcome to 79Bullion. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. NATURE OF SERVICE
79Bullion operates as a commodity dealer and pooled metals provider. We facilitate the purchase, storage, and sale of precious metals (gold and silver). We are NOT a securities platform, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or bank. No yields, interest, dividends, or investment returns are offered, implied, or guaranteed.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our platform. International users may access digital metal purchases only; physical delivery is limited to US addresses.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. DIGITAL METALS
Digital metals represent fractional ownership of pooled physical metals stored in secure vaults. Holdings are tracked via our internal ledger system. A 24-hour cooling period applies after each digital purchase before that lot can be sold.
5. PHYSICAL METALS
Physical orders are fulfilled via dropship from our supplier. Prices are locked at checkout for 10 minutes. A $25 flat shipping fee applies unless otherwise noted. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the order has been sent to the supplier.
6. PRICING
Prices are based on live spot market data plus applicable spreads, transaction fees, and payment method adjustments. 79Bullion reserves the right to adjust spreads and fees at any time. All pricing components are transparently displayed in our calculators and checkout.
7. PAYMENT
We accept ACH, wire transfer, check, cryptocurrency, and credit card payments. Credit card orders are subject to KYC verification and a $5,000 per-transaction cap. Payment method adjustments are applied as described in our pricing documentation.
8. SELL AND REDEMPTION
You may sell digital holdings at any time (subject to the 24-hour cooling period and daily limits). Cash payouts are processed via ACH or wire within 1-2 business days. Physical redemption is subject to shipping fees and processing time.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
79Bullion is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, delays in processing, or third-party service disruptions. Precious metals values can fluctuate; past performance does not indicate future value.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail identity verification.
